Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 2026-10-22. This Terms and Conditions applies to Resonique Audio Sdn. Bhd. (202601043518 / 1705613-V) ("we", "us"), operating in Malaysia, registered at No. 17, Jalan Puteri 1/7, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. Orders

When you place an order and pay, you are offering to buy the products you selected. A contract forms only once Resonique Audio Sdn. Bhd. (202601043518 / 1705613-V) confirms your order.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.

Licence

Digital items are licensed to you, not sold. Unless the product page says otherwise:

  • music, sound effects, samples and templates: once you have paid, you may use them royalty-free in your own projects and in work for your clients, including videos, podcasts, games, adverts and live streams, with no further fees
  • commercial use is included and no credit is required, although a credit to Resonique Audio is welcome
  • you may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files on their own or as part of another sound library, sample pack or template, or upload them to any marketplace or file-sharing site
  • video courses and masterclasses are for your own learning and may not be shared, copied or shown to others
  • copyright in all files stays with Resonique Audio Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors

Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, Resonique Audio Sdn. Bhd. (202601043518 / 1705613-V)'s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
